Another important news for Giovanni Venturini. The Vicenza-based driver, after his debut in Blancpain GT Series at Misano for the Sprint Cup, is now waiting for Endurance Cup in Monza, announced his third program of the year: GT Open. Alongside Imperiale Racing, 2016 Giovanni’s team in Italian GT Championship, Venturini will drive Lamborghini Huracan GT3 as unique Factory Driver in the series. His teammate is Thomas Biagi, reneging champion GT Sport’s championship.

“I’m pleased to be back in GT Open. I was already in this paddock in Nurburgring 2014, but due an incident in qualifying, I hadn’t the chance race. Thanks to Lamborghini Squadre Corse for the massive effort in this 2017 season, and I’m sure with Imperiale Racing we’ll have a successful season. Thomas won the title last year, so he knows pretty well the series, it will be an important reference”.
